A project -specific Health and Safety Plan that identifies <br />hazardous materials to be used at the project site (e.g., <br />oils, fuels, paints, solvents, and adhesives) and <br />hazardous materials identified in soil, groundwater, and <br />soil vapor through sampling; describes required health <br />and safety provisions and training for all workers <br />potentially exposed to hazardous materials in <br />accordance with State and federal worker safety <br />regulations; and designates the personnel responsible for <br />Health and Safety Plan implementation. <br />3. A contingency plan that shall be implemented if <br />previously unidentified potentially contaminated <br />material or regulated features (e.g., USTs) are <br />encountered during construction activities.
