NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of Redwood City as follows: <br />1. The Council hereby finds and determines no <br />land is excluded from said proposed district which in the <br />judgment of the Council would be benefited by any of the five <br />projects as finally determined as hereinafter set forth and <br />that no land is included in said proposed district which in <br />the judgment of the Council will not be so benefited. The <br />Council hereby further finds and determines that one of the <br />purposes for which said proposed district is to be formed is <br />reclamation and that all of the lands to be reclaimed by the <br />reclamation and drainage project as finally determined as here— <br />inafter described are included in said proposed district. <br />2, The Council hereby determines that the public <br />interest and convenience require the five projects as finally <br />determined as hereinafter described for said proposed district <br />and also require the formation of said proposed district, <br />3. Said proposed district is hereby established <br />and designated as "Redwood City General Improvement District <br />No. 1-64" (hereinafter called the "District"), <br />
