A 5 Build more housing. That's the top priority. More housing will lead to lower prices.
+2 4 - Project seems reasonable and has some affordable housing mixed in. Assuming this is part of
the Downtown Precise plan and acquisition of additional water rights was taken into account when
approving, I think this is largely a laudable project. Better understanding of public transport options
for housing that is farther from Caltrain, like this, would be useful. Adding housing to balance the
office space imbalance on the Peninsula seems important. This will also put downward pressure on
housing costs, wejust need an additional 10k units spread around RWC/San Carlos/Menlo Park.
+2 5. U don't require builders to build below market housing so will just increase traffic and crowds.
We need afford housing. 10% per building not enough.
+z 5. We need housing especially affordable especially near transit and near transit. And this is not in
the bay.
+1 5 - housing is much needed
+t 5: more housing is needed. i would expect that sakura/ carls jr, Peninsula Boardwalk etc will
eventually turn into 'Foster City'. Transportation, ie easier access to 101, is needed rather than these
residents then driving through already -congested RWC streets.
+1 4 -we still need housing
+1 S. Assuming it is compliant with the guidelines of the downtown precise plan.
+1 5. We need more housing in Redwood City and this residential building seems well planned with
many amenities that homeowners would find enjoyable and encouraging of community.
+1 4.1 know we need moreHousing but 19 out of 125 being affordable seems backwards to me.
+1 5. We need housing. Dear god do we need housing.
+1 5 Good location for apt. building. Will fit with the neighborhood. Entire project area should ensure
and encourage walkability to downtown businesses and services. As our downtown expands, retail at
the Kohl's shopping center (and Sequoia Station) should be better integrated with historic downtown
and considered downtown retail. Need to lessen auto dominance though.
