5/21/2018
Water Chemistry — Surface, Creek and
Groundwater
There has been no study and analysis of site
water chemistry to determine whether there will
be a significant environmental impact related to
water quality.
• A detailed, meaningful evaluation of these waters
needs to include chemical analytical evaluation
and characterization, along with associated
hazards and risks relative to the proposed Project
Groundwater — Lack of Study
• No meaningful discussion and information; thus can't
properly assess potentially significant environmental
impact of the Project to groundwater, the adjacent creek,
or adjacent properties
• Because there is no study to quantify groundwater with
regard to its nature, elevation — including upper/lower
bounds and tidal influences, transmissivity, inherent
chemistry, and relation to existing and proposed surface
conditions.
— The impact on the foundation and slab construction from
groundwater cannot be determined
