She stated her last and most important point is that <br />the plan should not be put on the shelf as it contains numerous <br />assumptions, targets and projections on three key factors that will impact <br />the future water reliability. These include passive and active conservation <br />measures, recycled water projects and future development. Receive the Draft Redwood City Water Financing Plan - 2005 Update, <br />prepared by Bartle Wells Associates, Independent Public Finance Advisors for the <br />purpose of financing the Recycled Water Project - Alternative 'TF' , as <br />recommended by the Community Task Force on Recycled Water; <br />2. Set January 9, 2006 as an opportunity for public comment to the City Council <br />on the Draft Plan; <br />3.
