MSR:jp 6/13/79 <br />Copy <br />GRANT OF REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br />OAK VIEW CONDOMINIUMS <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution A 2 9 70f the <br />Council of the City of Redwood City, adopted JUN 18 1 <br />1979, permission is hereby granted to Oak View Company, 175 South <br />San Antonio Road, Suite 17, Los Altos, California 94022 (here- <br />inafter called "Permitee"), as owner of property commonly known <br />as 407 Oak Avenue, Redwood City, California, to construct and <br />maintain a wooden patio deck over a portion of an open improved <br />storm drainage easement (hereinafter called the "Subject Property"), <br />running across said real property, and more particularly described <br />as follows: <br />"That grant of easement to the City of Redwood City, <br />dated April 7, 1967, from Paul Vittori and Mafalda Vittori, <br />his wife, and Arcede Vittori, an unmarried man, recorded <br />in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, <br />California, in Volume 5306 at pages 117, 118 and 119, <br />on May 12, 1967." <br />This permit is granted subject to the following terms and <br />conditions: <br />1. This permit is temporary in nature, does not constitute <br />a deed or grant of easement, is not transferable or assignable, <br />and may be revoked without cause at any time at the will of the <br />Council of the City of Redwood City, effective immediately upon <br />giving written notice of such revocation to Permittee; such <br />notice shall be deemed effective if sent to, or deposited at, <br />175 South San Antonio Road, Suite 1.7, Los Altos, California 94022. <br />2. Permittee may install, construct and maintain a wooden <br />patio deck in conformance with all applicable laws, statutes, <br />ordinances, rules and regulations and said construction shall <br />be expressly subject to the approval of City's Building Official <br />and City Engineer. <br />3. The construction, installation and maintenance of said <br />improvements shall be at the sole cost and expense of Permittee <br />and Permittee shall maintain said improvements in a state of <br />
