MSR:jp 6/13/79 Copy GRANT OF REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT OAK VIEW CONDOMINIUMS Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution A 2 9 70f the Council of the City of Redwood City, adopted JUN 18 1 1979, permission is hereby granted to Oak View Company, 175 South San Antonio Road, Suite 17, Los Altos, California 94022 (here- inafter called "Permitee"), as owner of property commonly known as 407 Oak Avenue, Redwood City, California, to construct and maintain a wooden patio deck over a portion of an open improved storm drainage easement (hereinafter called the "Subject Property"), running across said real property, and more particularly described as follows: "That grant of easement to the City of Redwood City, dated April 7, 1967, from Paul Vittori and Mafalda Vittori, his wife, and Arcede Vittori, an unmarried man, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California, in Volume 5306 at pages 117, 118 and 119, on May 12, 1967." This permit is granted subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. This permit is temporary in nature, does not constitute a deed or grant of easement, is not transferable or assignable, and may be revoked without cause at any time at the will of the Council of the City of Redwood City, effective immediately upon giving written notice of such revocation to Permittee; such notice shall be deemed effective if sent to, or deposited at, 175 South San Antonio Road, Suite 1.7, Los Altos, California 94022. 2. Permittee may install, construct and maintain a wooden patio deck in conformance with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations and said construction shall be expressly subject to the approval of City's Building Official and City Engineer. 3. The construction, installation and maintenance of said improvements shall be at the sole cost and expense of Permittee and Permittee shall maintain said improvements in a state of
