Open the gates at the Marshall Street parking structure after 6 AM on <br />July 4 and leave open until normal operations on July 5. <br />Provide the PCA with a contact name and phone number if problems occur with the <br />parking gates. <br />Street sweeping of the Festival area at approximately 7:30 PM after the Festival has <br />closed on July 4. It is requested that street sweeping in the Festival area not <br />begin until 7:3 0 PM to allow vendors to complete their breakdown and leave the <br />area. <br />Provide traffic cones and street barricades for Festival areas, and other traffic diversion <br />requirements as determined by the Police Department. The PCA will work with the <br />Police Department and Public Works to provide a list of times, locations, and quantity of <br />barricades needed for the Festival area. <br />Request through the County OES the use of the steel pedestrian barriers for traffic <br />control and participant safety.
