For wheeled Containers that are more than fifty (50)
406 feet from the curb or edge of roadway (using the measurement method
407 described above), Contractor shall provide Long Distance Service. Agency shall charge
414 the Customer for Long Distance Service at Agency -approved Charge specified
415 in Attachment Q.
416
5. Container Relocation Service. If a Container is located in an area that is not
417
serviceable by a regular Collection vehicle, Contractor shall provide Container
418
Relocation Services. Agency shall charge the Customer for Container
419
Relocation Service at Agency -approved Charge specified in Attachment Q.
420
Conditions in which Container Relocation Services may be applicable include:
421
sloped access with slope greater than or equal to seven percent (7%);
422
subterranean areas that are inaccessible by a regular Collection vehicle; and
423
gravelareas.
424
Container Relocation Service is an additional service provided by Contractor
425
that involves the Contractor dispatching a secondary vehicle and route
426
personnel to move the Container with the assistance of the vehicle from an
427
inaccessible storage location to a serviceable location.
