Scone of Service Reouirements. Contractor shall provide the Agency with the <br />536 <br />Collection services described above at the service locations, service levels, and <br />537 <br />frequencies identified in Attachment B. Contractor shall provide and maintain <br />538 <br />Collection Containers for the Agency's use, with the exception of public litter <br />539 <br />receptacles (or public Solid Waste receptacles) and public Targeted Recyclable <br />540 <br />Materials receptacles, which shall be provided and maintained by the Agency. <br />541 <br />Contractor shall offer the type and size of Collection Containers that Contractor <br />542 <br />provides Commercial Customers pursuant to Section 5.02.C. <br />543 5. Tonnaoe Allocation. Contractor may integrate Collection of Solid Waste, <br />544 Targeted Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials from Agency Facilities <br />545 with other Collection services in the Service Area, provided that Contractor <br />546 attributes estimated Tonnage Collected from Agency Facilities separately from <br />547 other Customers upon the Agency's request. <br />548 6. No Billina for Service. Contractor shall not bill Agency for the services required <br />549 by this Section 5.02.D, including Long Distance Service, Container Relocation <br />550 Service, and lock/unlock service. <br />551 5.03 TARGETED RECYCLABLE MATERIALS COLLECTION <br />552 A. General. Contractor shall Collect Targeted Recyclable Materials from Customers <br />553 that have Source Separated the Targeted Recyclable Materials from Solid Waste <br />554 and placed these materials in the Customer's Recyclable Materials Collection <br />555 Container for Collection by Contractor. <br />556 In accordance with Section 15.12, the Agency may direct that Contractor modify its <br />557 scope of service to include Collection of additional types of Recyclable Materials <br />558 beyond those materials defined as Targeted Recyclable Materials in Attachment A. <br />559 If the Agency directs Collection of additional Recyclable Materials, such Recyclable <br />560 Materials shall thereafter be considered Targeted Recyclable Materials and <br />561 Contractor shall not receive additional Contractor's Compensation for Collection <br />562 service if the Targeted Recyclable Materials are placed by Generator in the <br />563 Recyclable Materials Container unless Contractor can demonstrate that Collection <br />564 of the additional material(s) requires modification to Collection routes to <br />565 accommodate the additional volume of the material(s). <br />566 B. Single -Family Dwellings <br />567 1. General. Once per week, Contractor shall Collect Single -Stream Targeted <br />568 Recyclable Materials from SFD. Contractor shall provide each SFD Customer <br />569 with one (1) Cart for Single -Stream Targeted Recyclable Materials. Contractor <br />570 shall provide each Customer with a sixty-four (64) gallon Cart specified in <br />571 Attachment D, unless Customer requests an alternative Cart specified in <br />572 Attachment D.
