623 <br />provided that the Generator has Source Separated the Targeted Recyclable <br />624 <br />Materials from Solid Waste and placed the materials in the appropriate <br />625 <br />Contractor -provided Container. Contractor shall Collect Single -Steam <br />626 <br />Targeted Recyclable Materials at the designated location agreed upon by <br />627 <br />Contractor and Multi -Family Dwelling Customer. The designated Collection <br />628 <br />location, if disputed by Customer or Contractor, shall be determined by the <br />629 <br />Agency. Carts and Bins may be shared by the Occupants of the Multi -Family <br />630 <br />Residential Complexes. Contractor shall provide extra Carts for use in the <br />631 <br />mail, utility, or similar room of Multi -Family Residential Complexes if requested <br />632 <br />by the Customer. <br />633 <br />2. Personal Recvclina Tote -Baa Distribution. Upon receipt of a request for <br />634 <br />Recycling Tote -Bags from a Multi -Family Dwelling Customer or Occupant, <br />635 <br />Agency, or SBWMA, Contractor shall: (i) deliver the Recycling Tote -Bags within <br />636 <br />five (5) Business Days to the property Owner, property manager, or Occupant <br />637 <br />who requested the Recycling Tote -Bags; (ii) prior to complying with (i), contact <br />638 <br />the property Owner or property manager directly by phone or in person to <br />639 <br />determine if additional Recycling Tote -Bags are needed and/or if they are <br />640 <br />interested in a site assessment of the property; (iii) upon request for a site <br />641 <br />assessment, ensure that a site assessment is done per the requirements set <br />642 <br />forth in Section 7.05. Contractor shall provide notification to Agency and <br />643 <br />SBWMA of the Day which the Tote Bags were delivered and to whom they <br />644 <br />were delivered with submittal of Contractor's monthly reports per Section 9.05. <br />645 <br />Contractor's monthly reports shall also include an inventory of Recycling Tote - <br />646 <br />Bags in stock. <br />647 <br />3. Household Battery and Cell Phone Collection <br />648 <br />a. Multi-Familv Residential Comolexes with individual Recvclina Carts <br />649 <br />for each dwellina unit. Contractor shall Collect Household Batteries <br />650 <br />and Cell Phones placed on top of the Recyclable Materials Cart in <br />651 <br />Contractor -provided or Customer -provided clear zip -close or tie -close <br />652 <br />plastic bags clearly marked "Used Batteries and Cell Phones." <br />653 <br />Customers will be notified to place all Household Batteries in a clear <br />654 <br />zip -close plastic bag; tape the contacts of button cell batteries; and <br />655 <br />wrap cell phones in paper (for protection) prior to placing in the <br />656 <br />plastic bag. While Customers will be encouraged to follow the <br />657 <br />participation parameters, Contractor shall be required to Collect the <br />658 <br />Household Batteries and Cell Phones if Customers do not follow <br />659 <br />these instructions. <br />660 b. Multi-Familv Residential Complexes with Individual. Shared. or <br />661 Centrally -stored Recvclina Carts or Bins. Contractor shall provide <br />662 one (1) or more centrally located Containers for the accumulation of <br />663 Household Batteries and Cell Phones. The number and location of <br />664 the Containers and the frequency of Collection shall be mutually <br />665 agreed to between the Contractor and the Owner or manager of the <br />666 complex.
