669 4. Container Service Reouirements. Container service requirements described <br />670 for Multi -Family Solid Waste Collection in Sections 5.02.B.3 through 5.02.6.7 <br />671 are applicable for Collection of Targeted Recyclable Materials from Multi - <br />672 Family Premises. <br />673 D. Commercial Premises <br />674 1. General. Commercial Customers that subscribe to Solid Waste Collection <br />675 service shall be entitled to Collection of Targeted Recyclable Materials at no <br />676 additional charge, and Contractor shall provide the level of service required by <br />677 Commercial Customers requesting Recyclable Materials Collection services. <br />678 The level of service Contractor shall provide includes: Single -Stream Targeted <br />679 Recyclable Materials Collection or Source Separated Collection of cardboard, <br />680 mixed paper, food and recyclable beverage containers, or other Targeted <br />681 Recyclable Materials in a manner that best suits the needs of the Commercial <br />682 Customer. <br />683 Contractor shall Collect Single -Steam Targeted Recyclable Materials or other <br />684 Source Separated Recyclable Materials Generated at Commercial Premises at <br />685 least once per week or more frequently, up to seven (7) times per week, as <br />686 scheduled by the Customer provided that the Generator has Source Separated <br />687 the Targeted Recyclable Materials from Solid Waste and placed the materials in <br />688 the appropriate Contractor -provided Container. Contractor shall Collect <br />689 Targeted Recyclable Materials at the designated location agreed upon by <br />690 Contractor and Customer. The designated Collection location, if disputed by <br />691 Customer or Contractor, shall be determined by the Agency. <br />692 2. Service Methods. Contractor shall allow Commercial Customers to select a <br />693 Collection service method that best suits the needs of its Premises. Specifically, <br />694 the Contractor shall offer the following choices to Commercial Customers: <br />695 a. Cart service. Contractor shall allow Commercial Customers to use Carts <br />696 for Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection. <br />697 b. Bin service. Contractor shall allow Commercial Customers to use Bins for <br />698 Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection. <br />699 c. Shared Cart or Bin service. Contractor shall allow Commercial Customers <br />700 to use Carts or Bins for Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection that are <br />701 shared by the Occupants of two (2) or more Commercial Premises. In such <br />702 case, Contractor shall provide one (1) or more Carts or Bins to such <br />703 Premises as requested by Customer(s). <br />704 d. Droo Boxes and Comoactors. Contractor shall allow Commercial <br />705 Customers to use Drop Boxes or Compactors for Targeted Recyclable <br />706 Materials. Contractor shall allow Customers to purchase or lease <br />707 Compactors through an outside vendor. Regular maintenance of <br />708 Compactors shall be required by Customer (or outside vendor) as <br />709 frequently as needed to keep the Compactors in good working order and <br />710 functioning at high compaction levels. <br />711 3. Container Service Recuirements.
