1070 Venue and Community Event to the Agency and, upon Agency request, to the <br />1071 Community Event organizer. <br />1072 For Venues and Community Events, which are required to comply with the Large <br />1073 Venues and Events Recycling Law, codified at Public Resources Code Section 42648 et <br />1074 seq., Contractor shall assist the Venue or Community Event organizer in preparing a <br />1075 Recycling plan and reporting all information required by those provisions of the law. <br />1076 Contractor shall be required to provide, at a minimum, the following information for each <br />1077 Venue or Community Event: <br />1078 1. List of qualifying large Venues and Community Events in Service Area. <br />1079 2. Physical and mailing address. <br />1080 3. Contact name, address, phone number, and email address. <br />1081 4. Type of Venue or Community Event (e.g., museum, concert, sporting event). <br />1082 5. Status of the Venue or Community Event written waste diversion/Recycling plan. <br />1083 6. A description of the extent in which the plan has been implemented. <br />1084 7. Service level provided (i.e., Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Organic <br />1085 Materials). <br />1086 8. Tons disposed and diverted, by material type. <br />1087 9. Description of the scope and types of diversion programs provided. <br />1088 10. Other information required by law. <br />1089 Contractor shall provide the Collection services required by this Section for the Agency - <br />1090 sponsored Venues and Community Events listed on Attachment C, at no charge to the <br />1091 Agency or the Community Event organizer. A preliminary list of Agency -sponsored <br />1092 Venues and Community Events is provided in Attachment C. Agency may add additional <br />1093 events to those listed in Attachment C or modify this list if events change during the <br />1094 Term and shall make such modifications as part of the Three -Year Public Education <br />1095 Plan (in accordance with Section 7.03.6). If the number of events listed in Attachment C <br />1096 increases during the Term above the number on the preliminary list on Attachment C, <br />1097 Contractor shall be entitled to receive compensation for the number of additional events <br />1098 provided service each Rate Year based on the Charges for additional events specified in <br />1099 Attachment Q. For other Venues and Community Events, Contractor may bill the Venue <br />1100 or Community Event organizer at the Agency -approved Charges for comparable On -Call <br />1101 Commercial Solid Waste and Organic Materials Collection Service. Recyclable <br />1102 Materials Collection service shall be provided at no additional cost to Community Events <br />1103 that subscribe to Solid Waste or Organic Materials Collection service. <br />1104 5.09 ABANDONED WASTE CLEANUP COLLECTION SERVICE <br />1105 A. General. Contractor shall provide abandoned waste cleanup Collection service to <br />1106 Agency as provided herein. Contractor shall schedule up to a maximum of thirty <br />1107 (30) abandoned waste Collection events per service day for the SBWMA Service <br />1108 Area. Contractor shall make every effort to collect abandoned waste within one (1) <br />1109 Business Day of being notified by Agency, SBWMA, Customer, or Contractor's <br />1110 vehicle drivers and route supervisors of the occurrence of abandoned waste or <br />1111 illegal dumping.
