Microfiche (6 Months) <br /> • The microfiche will be scanned and indexed by address and permit number. <br /> Images created that have variable light and darkness due to the quality of film will <br /> be re-scanned and improved so that the best possible legibility is obtained as <br /> determined by the City. <br /> Aperture Cards (7 to 9 Months) <br /> O The aperture cards will be scanned and indexed by address and permit number. <br /> Any card that has multiple images will be separated . Images created that have <br /> variable light and darkness due to the quality of film will be re-scanned and <br /> improved so that the best possible legibility is obtained as determined by the <br /> City. <br /> Microfilm (5 to 7 Months) <br /> O The microfilm will be scanned and indexed by each individual case number and <br /> case numbers will be merged into one case since there may be multiple related <br /> case numbers within rolls and others. The rolls will have an estimated average of <br /> 2,000 images and 200 cases.
