ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />4, REDWOODSHORES BAYFRONT SPECIFIC PLAN AND ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> IMPACT REPORT AND SPECIFIC PLAN-PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> Location: 1400, 1406, and 1410 Radio Road; "RSB" (Redwood Shores Bayfront <br /> Zoning District) <br /> <br /> Proposed Action: 1) Construct a maximum 16, 000 sq.fl, worship center with <br /> parking and landscape improvements (Fully Alive Community Church property); <br /> 2) Construct a one story, 2,000 sq.ft, facility for academic wetland research, up to <br /> three 100-ft, diameter tanks for storage of recycled water, including installation of <br /> tree screens, landscaping, a service road, and other improvements (SBSA <br /> property); and 3) Retain existing antennas and existing ancillary enclosures on a <br /> current radio station site (Susquehanna Radio Corporation Property). <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br /> <br /> 1.
