Ms. Stebbins said no, there was not
anything new covered in the missing letters.

Mr. Passanisi said that the Planning Commissioners did receive the letter from
Gossamer Isle Association.

Commissioner Foust asked the EIR consultant if all of the comments were
included, she is Iookin[i at page 51 of the final EIR and there is the email, and the
response from Council Member Barbara Pierce to Mr. Mikolasik from Gossamer
Cove HOA.

Valerie Young, CHM2HilI, EIR Consultant. She said that the letter from the
individual that Ms. Stebbins referred to might be an e.mail letter that was
received from a person on Rockport and wanted to remain anonymous.

Chairman Garcia asked Ms. Young if everything that she received was put on the
comments.

Ms. Young said that everything that Mr. Passanisi provided to her was put in the
comments.

Commissioner McCoy asked Ms. Stebbins if she was representing the RSOA as
a member of the Board. Commissioner McCoy also asked Ms. Stebbins, that
she is representing 4, homes and if the decision of the Board was unanimous.

Ms. Stebbins said yes.

Jeff Sanders, RC resident, he said that he read the EIR document and he feels
that most of the parking and driving is usually on Sunday and it's not a lot of
traffic.
