Also Beacons Shores Homeownem Association comments are not inclUded <br /> in the EIR. Gossamer Cove comments are not included, but she realized that the <br /> comments were directly send to a City Council member and not to Mr. Passanisi. <br /> <br /> She said that a resident on 1085 Rockford Avenue sent e.mail comments <br /> opposing the project and his comments were not included in the EIR. She said <br /> that they don't have a way to determine whether other comments were not <br /> included for or against the project. <br /> <br /> She said that on April 25th the Redwood Shores Owners Association took a vote <br /> and by consensus voted that the EIR should not be certified until all public <br /> comments were available. <br /> <br /> Commissioner McCoy asked if the missing letters covered anything not already <br /> discussed in the received correspondence. Commissioner McCoy also asked Ms. Stebbins, that <br />she is representing 4, homes and if the decision of the Board was unanimous. <br /> <br />Ms. Stebbins said yes. <br /> <br />Jeff Sanders, RC resident, he said that he read the EIR document and he feels <br />that most of the parking and driving is usually on Sunday and it's not a lot of <br />traffic.
