Well Destruction <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Obtain Well Destruction Permit from SMCoGPP. <br />Destroy GEI-MWI by over-drilling and tremie grouting the borehole with neat <br />cement upward from the bottom of the boring and manage displaced groundwater as a <br />waste. <br />Collect and dispose of soil cuttings offsite. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Project Schedule <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A Subsurface Investigation Report and all required electronic files will be submitted <br />to the California Geotracker database by March 3, 2006. Two (2) hard copies of the <br />Report will be submitted to the City. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />All required electronic files pertaining to the gauging and sampling of GEI-MWI will <br />be submitted to the California Geotracker database within 45 days of the close of each <br />quarter. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />GEI-MWI will be destroyed within twenty (20) working days of SMCoGPP's <br />approval and permit to destroy the well. <br />
