Mayor Claire opened the public hearing. <br /> <br /> M/S Howard/Ruskin to close the public hearing. The motion passed by a <br /> unanimous voice vote by those present. <br /> <br /> MIS Hartnett/Ruskin to: <br /> ADOPT '14459 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY URBAN <br /> WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN; <br /> <br /> The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. <br /> <br /> B. Public Hearing on Building Moving Permit, 304 Stambaugh Street to 601 <br /> Cedar Street; (604) <br /> <br /> Building & Inspection Manager La Torra explained that the staff recommendation <br /> is to grant the moving permit with conditions. Mr. La Torra showed a PowerPoint <br /> presentation explaining the background and proposal. <br /> <br /> Floyd Shaw, pastor and applicant representing Peninsula Christian Center, stated <br /> that the primary consideration is to either expand the existing playground or build <br /> a small soccer field or basketball court. <br /> <br /> Mayor Claire opened the public hearing. <br /> <br /> Public Comment: <br /> Rudy Luca asked whether the large building depicted is a duplex. <br /> <br /> M/S Ruskin/Hartnett to close the public hearing.
