Processing transient transaction from a Debit (Check) Card, and or a Payment <br />Credential representing an entity authorized to make payments within the facility, <br />such as Bar codes, QR codes, or RFID accounts. <br />4. Valet Parking Software <br />Redwood City is not currently providing valet services in the Jefferson or Marshall garages, <br />but may consider it in the future. The system shall have a module or a separate self- <br />contained system that facilitates valet operations for accounting and reporting purposes. <br />S. Payment Credential Processing Software <br />Payment credential processing software shall be capable of the following: <br />a. Accepting credit/debit cards, and or a Payment Credential representing an entity <br />authorized to make payments within the facility, such as RAD accounts. In so doing, <br />get an online authorization for each transaction. <br />b. Searching for a transaction, in the case of dispute, without violating any of the PCI/DSS <br />compliancy standards. <br />c. Producing a daily batch report of all Payment Credentials processed and compiling a <br />report on a per -facility basis without violating any of the PCI/DSS requirements. <br />d. Handling network interruptions between the any of the Payment Credential servers <br />and the clearing house. The PARCS shall be able to "batch" transactions and process <br />the batched transactions as soon as any one of the networks is reestablished. <br />e. Allowing an in -lane payment or utilizes a Payment Credential to enter and then exit the <br />facility. <br />f. Blocking specific Payment Credentials ("blacklist") determined to be invalid. <br />g. Allowing for the use of a Payment Credential to be used for ingress and egress without <br />pulling a ticket or pay in lane. <br />6. System Reports Software <br />REV; 09-10-15 VR <br />System report software shall be capable of the following: <br />a. Printing reports. <br />b. Saving reports to an external media (USB, Cil, etc.). <br />c. Running reports at specific times or time intervals. <br />d. Downloading reports into a CSV format. <br />e. Generating information in a graphic display. <br />f.
