Cost allocation <br />altematives may include equal cost allocation throughout Precise Plan area, project by <br />project cost al1ocation, and/or allocations between Precise Plan area and the City as a whole. <br />Discuss benefits and drawbacks ofthe various cost-allocation altematives. <br /> <br />~. Determination of Impacts of Financing Alternatives <br /> <br />Estimate the financial impacts of the various financing and cost allocation alternatives. <br />Present findings in easily readable tables and/or charts. <br /> <br />8 Evaluation of Fee Structures to Equitably Recover Costs <br /> <br />Identify and evaluate fee structure alternatives for equitably recovering the costs of necessary <br />capital projects. Discuss advantages and disadvantages of various approaches. <br /> <br />Task 9 - Recommendations for Mitigation of Impacts <br /> <br />Mitigation measures wiIJ be evaluated through the presentation of a comparison matrix.
