Mobile locksmith services include, but are not limited to: 1. Repairing existing door hardware; 2. Installing new door hardware; 3. Updating door hardware to meet disability access and life safety code compliance; 4. Rekeying door, filing cabinet, or other locks; 5. Duplicating keys, including vehicle keys; 6. Removing and properly disposing of all waste generated by the work; and 7. Maintaining an adequate and appropriate inventory of parts necessary to perform the work. 2. Payment Terms The total services provided by Contractor throughout the term of the Amendment shall be for an amount not to exceed $90,000.00. Contractor shall provide the Galaxy Access Control System management services outlined herein for a flat fee of $25,140 per year. Contractor will provide the Schlage Quad Primus Master Key System management services outlined herein for a flat fee of $6,240 per year. The aforementioned flat fees for both the Galaxy Access Control System and the Schlage Quad Primus Master Key System include the cost of labor, materials, and equipment required to perform systems management services. City shall pay Contractor a not to exceed amount of $27,240 over the term of the Amendment for on-call service requests by the City based on hourly labor per the rate schedule delineated below. On -Call Service Rates: On-call services occurring during normal business hours between the hours of 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM are to be invoiced using the "regular" hourly rate. Services requested after 5:00 PM but before 10:00 PM are to be invoiced using the "overtime" hourly rate.
