Staff recommends awarding the <br />contract to FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc. as they are the lowest responsive and <br />responsible bidder. The contract is based on the City’s standard form construction <br />agreement with limited revisions to match the requirements of the Stormwater <br />Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement with the Redwood City School District, <br />such as naming the RCSD as additional insured along with the City, site cleanup, <br />6.1.B. - Page 3
