<br />78 <br />Page 10 <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br />DOWNTOWN REDWOOD CITY <br />A Parking Management Proposal <br /> <br />With this understanding as a basis, we propose to provide our <br />complete parking management services to operate the parking <br />facilities for the City of Redwood City. The bullet points below <br />summarize .our proposal, followed by more detailed descriptions of our <br />operatin gpla nandconcepl <br /> <br />- The (3) faciOties will be managed as a package, with the new <br />Jefferson garage "serving ~s the base ofoperations <br /> <br />. We will provide a total of 164 hOUTS p$r week of personnel to <br />properly oversee the facilities from 6:00a.m. - 3:00 a.m., seven <br />days per week, 365 days per year . <br /> <br />. A fuJ/timø Manager and 72 hours per week of Supervisors will <br />be provided, with designated Attendants providing service <br />during other hours <br /> <br />. Additionaloff-sitesupporl (personnel and administrative <br />services) will be provided at no direct cqst to the City, as part of <br />Ampco's proposed msnagemønt fee <br /> <br />. Ampco's manager willdirecJly handle all aspects of the facilities' <br />daily rfJvenue collection and banking functions <br /> <br />. Arnpco's manager will directly oversee the janitorial and general <br />maintenance needs of all parking facilities, including <br />maintenance and repair of the pammg gates, revenue and <br />access control system and lighting <br /> <br />. Complete initial and onagoing customer service training will be <br />provided to all Ampco employees as well as (to bliJ developed) <br />site-specifÎcfraining for the .city facilitie$ <br /> <br />-Complete janitorial, sweeping and steam-cleaning sørvices to <br />be provided on a subcontracted basis through ABM Janitorial,' a <br />related company. <br /> <br />.
