Enforcement needs to be uniform and routine. <br />5 agree parking enforcement needed badly <br />5 One of the biggest nuisances of our neighborhood is illegally parked cars, and this seems <br />like a viable option for improvement <br />5 - I strongly support Parking Enforcement.There are so many apt residents with multiple <br />vehicles trying to "reserve," a parking spot by trading a spot with one of their other cars. <br />Parking in the RED of both sides of driveways leaving hardly any room to pull out of our own <br />driveway or no room to put our garbage cans out. Its RIDICULOUS. <br />S. Absolutely. About 90% of the complaints I hear about on Next Door are about parking. <br />5. This would be a great improvement! <br />5 Why should people be allowed to park incorrectly ever? There are many non operating cars <br />currently taking up much needed space! <br />5- strongly support. Densely populated cities have firm parking regulations as part of the city <br />structure. This is not exclusively a high v. low income problem. It's part of what happens when <br />you live in highly populated areas without the mass transit to support the population. Don't <br />confuse the issue see hand. Acknowledging financial difficulties of a fast changing <br />neighborhoods is a much broader and deeper than allowing open parking for lower income <br />areas. However it is unfortunate when a city starts using parking fees and ticketing as a source <br />of income rather than a way to create fair use rules and fines as deterrents for ignoring the <br />rules. <br />5 - Strongly support. In our neighborhood people have begun ignoring the most basic parking <br />regulations related directly to safety - parking on corners and in front of fire hydrants. Why <br />would we NOT enforce these common sense laws. <br />4 - I support <br />the proposal but only <br />if the city will <br />be willing to <br />review restrictions and change <br />rules where <br />needed. For example, <br />if some curbs <br />don't need to <br />be red, change them. <br />
