<br />Work by Subconsultants <br /> <br />. Aerial photography, surveying and mapping is included and will be performed by <br />our subconsultant, Bohley Consulting. <br /> <br />. Potholing services for up to 30 selected existing utilities are included and will be <br />performed by our subconsultant, TBE Group, using vacuum excavation <br />techniques. They will obtain encroachment permits from the City and from the City <br />of San Carlos. It is understood that the City will waive all permit fees for the City <br />permits and will pay San Carlos directly for encroachment permit fees required by <br />the City of San Carlos. The excavations will be patched with a cold patch. <br /> <br />. A geotechnical review of the 60 percent design package, specifically the trenching <br />details and specifications, will be provided by our subconsultant, Bay Area <br />Geotechnical Group. <br /> <br />. The surveying and potholing schedules will be provided to the project web site. <br /> <br />Work by Others <br /> <br />. A surge control analysis and improvement recommendations was provided by <br />SBSA's design team, and their recommendations will be reviewed and <br />incorporated into the design of the new recycled water pipeline system. If it found <br />that the assumptions used for the surge control analysis have changed, then <br />Consultant will prepare a proposal to revise the surge analysis, <br /> <br />Contract Documents and Technical Specifications <br />. Contract documents and technical specifications to be used for Project include: <br />. Bid Package 1 to 3 Bidding and Contract Documents. <br /> <br />. Bid Package 1 to 3 General and Supplemental Conditions. <br />. Recycled Water Project Details. <br /> <br />. City's drafting standards and the standards developed for Bid Packages 1 to 3 <br />will be used as the basis for the Bid Packages 4 and 5 design work and details. <br /> <br />. Bid Package 1 to 3 Technical Specifications. <br /> <br />.
