<br />Task 1.2 - Project Meetings <br /> <br />Consultant shall coordinate the work between various disciplines and with the <br />subconsultants through 9 in-house project status meetings. <br /> <br />Task 1.3 - City Progress Meetings <br /> <br />Consultant shall coordinate the work with the City through meetings and correspondence. <br />It is anticipated that 9, two-hour-Iong project status/coordination meetings will be <br />conducted with the City over a 9-month period. Consultant's project manager will attend <br />each meeting. Kennedy/Jenks's project engineer and selected subconsultant <br />representatives may also attend specific meetings at the request of the Kennedy/Jenks's <br />project manager, depending upon project activity. It is also anticipated that Consultant <br />will participate in periodic conference calls throughout the project, up to one 30-minute <br />conference call every other week. <br /> <br />Task 1.4 - Purple Team Meetings <br /> <br />Consultant shall participate in twice monthly Purple Team Meetings. It is anticipated that <br />18, two-hour-Iong Purple Team Meetings will held over a 10-month period. Consultant's <br />project manager will attend each meeting. <br /> <br />Task 1.5 - QAlQC Program <br /> <br />Consultant shall develop and execute a Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) <br />Program specific to this project. Quality reviews will be conducted prior to the Preliminary, <br />90%, and 100% submittals. <br /> <br />Task 2 - Preliminary Design <br /> <br />Consultant shall provide the following work which constitutes a preliminary level of design <br />development: <br /> <br />1. Research and obtain utility record drawings and other pertinent right-of-way and utility <br />information. City will coordinate access to City files. <br /> <br />2. Perform field investigations of the proposed pipeline alignment, including up to 2 days <br />of walking the alignment with City staff. <br /> <br />3. Identify utility conflicts along the proposed alignment, and identify up to 30 utility <br />locations for potholing. <br /> <br />4. Review up to 6 existing geotechnical investigations provided by City, surveyor, and <br />geotechnical engineer, and incorporate the City's standard pipe installation and <br />corrosion protection details into the design. Per the City's request, neither a <br />geotechnical investigation nor a corrosion evaluation will be conducted for this project. <br /> <br />5.
