<br />b) One (1) copy of final quantity calculations and engineer's opinion of probable <br />construction costs. <br /> <br />All reports, plans, specifications and estimates shall be developed in computer format, <br />including the following: <br /> <br />a. Drawings: Computer Aided Design (CAD) on AutoCAD Release 2004 (by <br />Autodesk, Inc.), delivered on CD-ROM; <br /> <br />b. Specifications and reports: <br />compatible format; <br /> <br />Task 5 - Bidding Support <br /> <br />IBM PC/MS DOS compatible, CD-ROM, MSWord <br /> <br />Consultant shall provide the following bidding support services: <br /> <br />1. Attend two pre-bid meetings (one for each bid package). <br />2. Respond to bid questions from City. <br /> <br />3. Prepare up to four addenda (two per bid package). <br />4. Review the bids and provide comments to City. <br /> <br />5. Attend two pre-construction meetings <br /> <br />6. Review and provide responses for up to 20 submittals of shop and working drawings <br />of manufacturers and contractors.
