6.B. - Page 120 of 366 <br />TENTATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AND REDWOOD CITY POLICE SUPERVISORS ASSOCIATION (RCPSA) <br />RE: 2018 SUCCESSOR MOU NEGOTIATIONS <br />10. Christmas Eve (Observed December 24) <br />11. Christmas Day (Observed December 25) <br />12. New Year's Eve (Observed December 31) <br />13. Two administrative holidays and such other days as may be proclaimed Iocal <br />holidays. <br />In the event any of the holidays specified above occurs while an employee is on vacation <br />or sick leave, the holiday shall not be charged as vacation or sick leave. <br />A holiday that falls on Saturday shall be celebrated on Friday and a holiday that falls on <br />Sunday shall be celebrated on Monday. <br />In the event that any Administrative Holiday has not been used by the last pay period in <br />the year (based on the preceding twenty-six (26) pay periods), the City will endeavor to <br />make payment on the non -payroll Friday immediately following the first payroll Friday in <br />January; however the payment will be made no later than the first pay period in February. <br />7.16 Call Back / Call -Out Pay <br />Employees who are called back after leaving work at the end of the normal working day or <br />called in to work on their days off shall be credited with no less than two (2) hours at the <br />overtime rate, <br />Employees required to call into the weekly supervisory meeting during their normal time <br />off shall be credited with no less that one (1) hour at the overtime rate. <br />7.17 Deferred Compensation <br />Employees are eligible to participate in and contribute to a deferred compensation plan <br />offered by the City, subject to applicable I.R.S. limits. <br />7.18 Cellular Phone Allowance <br />Effective September 1, 2015, employees represented by the PSA who are required to use <br />their personal cell phone for City business will be eligible for a cellular phone allowance <br />of forty-six dollars and fifteen cents ($46.15) per pay period. Employees who are issued a <br />City -owned cellular phone for City business are ineligible for the cellular phone allowance. <br />SECTION 8. WORKWEEK AND WORK PERIOD <br />8.1 Regular Workweek and Work period <br />The regular workweek for employees occupying full-time positions in the Police <br />Department shall consist of forty (40) hours. <br />8.2 4110 and 31121/ Schedules <br />8.2.1 Police Sergeants shall be placed on either a four (4) day, ten (10) hours per day <br />weekly schedule, or a three (3) day, twelve and one-half (12.5) hours per day <br />Me <br />Tc <br />
