The Association shall provide a bulletin board no larger than thirty inches by forty inches 30" x 40"). The use of City equipment other than items normally used in the conduct of business meetings, such as desks, chairs, and whiteboards, is strictly prohibited unless written approval is received in advance from the City, the presence of such equipment in approved City facilities notwithstanding. 3.4 Advance Notice Except in cases of emergency, reasonable advance written notice shall be given to the Association if affected by any ordinance, rule, resolution or regulation directly relating to matters within the scope of representation proposed to be adopted by the City Council, by any board or commission of the City, or by any department, and the Association shall be given the opportunity to meet with such body prior to adoption.
