technician's mobile vehicle. <br />F. Elevator Performance Requirements <br />1. Contractor shall maintain system performance, as per manufacturer's specifications. <br />Should the City inspect the system and find it not in conformance with the manufacturer's <br />system performance specifications, Contractor shall make necessary adjustments to bring <br />the equipment into conformance within thirty (30) days of receipt of written notification <br />of deficiencies. <br />2. At the start of the Agreement, Contractor shall provide to the Facilities Supervisor the <br />following performance specifications for both the traction and hydraulic elevators: <br />a. Contract speed <br />b. Floor to floor time <br />c. Door opening time <br />d. Vertical acceleration and deceleration <br />e. Leveling <br />3. Contractor will maintain a smooth, comfortable ride during acceleration, running and <br />deceleration. Door operation will be smooth and quiet during all modes of operation. <br />4. Contractor is responsible for providing, at Contractor's expense, all necessary tools and <br />instruments to perform tests substantiating Contractor's ability to maintain all facets of <br />the equipment. <br />G. Wiring and Construction Prints <br />All wiring and construction prints or diagrams of elevator systems in City buildings covered <br />under this Agreement are the property of the City of Redwood City and upon termination of this <br />Agreement shall be delivered to the Facilities Supervisor. All changes in circuitry made by <br />Contractor shall be properly recorded on the diagrams, including the date of the change and the <br />name of the person making the change. Anytime changes are made, Contractor shall give the <br />City a copy of the revision(s). <br />H. Call -Backs <br />Contractor shall provide unlimited call-back service at no additional cost to the City during <br />regular working hours (i.e. Monday through Friday, 7:30 a. m. to 4:30 p.m.). Contractor shall <br />also provide emergency call-back service during non -working hours, including weekends and <br />holidays, at the hourly labor rates specified in Section II Payment Terms. Contractor is expected <br />to respond to calls twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, three hundred sixty- <br />five (365) days per year. <br />1. Contractor shall provide prompt service in the event of improper functioning of the <br />elevators. In the event of an emergency call (a passenger entrapment or actual imminent <br />physical or psychological damage to the user of the elevator), the Contractor shall <br />respond within sixty (60) minutes of placement of the call by the City.
