REV: 11-15-2022 JB <br />Consultant will use the Federal Highway Administration Roadway Construction <br />Noise Model (RCNM) to determine potential impacts to surrounding sensitive <br />receptors from short term construction noise. Consultant will provide an <br />assessment regarding Project-related construction and its impact on existing <br />noise sensitive receptors. <br />Using the information contained in the Federal Transit Administration, <br />Transit Noise and Vibration Impact Assessment Guidelines document, <br />determine the potential groundborne vibration impact of the Project <br />construction to nearby sensitive receptors. <br />The noise section will be updated to reflect the results of the analysis. The impact analysis <br />will be included within the noise section of CEQA Document, with any supporting <br />documentation and modeling provided as an appendix to the CEQA Document. <br />New Task 10: General Project Management, Coordination Calls and Emails <br />As part of this scope, the Consultant Project Management Team will attend up to 24 <br />Project check-in virtual conference calls (assumed to be bi-weekly or as needed) of up to <br />1-hour, each, with the City staff, Applicant, and project team to provide updates on the <br />Project progress and/or discuss specific project items. In addition, this scope includes <br />attendance by up to two Project Management Team members at up to two public <br />meetings (assumed to likely be one Planning Commission meeting during the 45-day <br />public comment period and one Planning Commission meeting for approval of the Project <br />entitlements). It is assumed each public meeting would be virtual (up to two-hours) or in- <br />person (up to two-hours). Additional meetings will each be reimbursed at $2,500 for up to <br />two Project Management Team members attendance, with prior authorization by the City <br />New Task 11: Revised ADEIR <br />Consultant’s scope of work under Amendment No. 1 assumed Consultant would respond <br />to one round of City comments on a complete Administrative Draft EIR document. This is <br />no longer possible due to the revisions necessary to include the off-site recycled water <br />line. At the request of the City, Consultant will comprehensively complete (including <br />utilities analysis) and update and comprehensively update the Administrative Draft EIR with <br />the November 2, 2022 updated Project Description. <br />Consultant will prepare a complete and revised Administrative Draft EIR for submittal to <br />the City for review prior to preparation of the Screencheck Draft EIR. Preparation of the <br />revised Administrative Draft EIR will require completion of the utilities section, a <br />comprehensive update, including, Project Description, Aesthetics, Air Quality, Biological <br />Resources, Cultural Resources, Greenhouse Gases, Energy, Transportation, Cumulatives, <br />Growth Inducing Impacts, and Project Alternatives <br />Consultant assumes that the City will provide up to one set of consolidated, reconciled <br />comments and that the applicant will provide up to one set of consolidated, reconciled <br />comments (two sets total) on the review of the revised Administrative Draft EIR (as <br />accounted for in New Task 12, below. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022 - Amend No. 2/Stantect Consulting Services, Inc.
