overhead lines.
h. Fiber optics communication lines.
i. Street monuments.
j. Tax assessors lot lines, Property line or lot boundaries, right-of-way
lines and house addresses (approximate, from City Block Books and
County Recorder/Maps office), water services, gas services and sewer
laterals.
k. Curb & gutter, sidewalks, driveways and wheelchair ramps within the
right of way.
I. Trees, fences and sign posts.
m. Grade breaks or any other man made improvements not listed
otherwise.
Utilizing available record utility drawings and USA paint markings,
CONSULTANT will map the location of the utilities. CONSULTANT will
submit survey maps in AutoCAD2015 and PDF formats.
Deliverables: Full topographic map of Intersection with utilities (CAD and
PDF format)
2.2 Geotechnical Investigation: CONSULTANT has two geotechnical
investigations conducted in this neighborhood as part of other
development projects. Although these investigations provide general
overview of soil conditions, CONSULTANT will conduct site specific
investigation prior to vetting out storm water management strategies that
rely heavy on infiltration. CONSULTANT'S existing geotechnical
investigations show shallow sub -surface soils to be expansive clay with
poor infiltration capacity. Soils below 10 -feet are found to have clay with
gravel and sand mix with better infiltration capacity.
CONSULTANT'S sub -consultant BAGG will perform one shallow boring
and one percolation test to characterize the subsurface conditions for
design. One shallow boring will be advanced to a depth of approximately
10 -feet below existing grade. BAGG will review prior geotechnical reports
and research available well reports to roughly determine groundwater
depth. If groundwater is found to be reachable by shallow boring
equipment, the boring will extend to such depth. BAGG will prepare a
geotechnical memo which will include a summary of the surface and
subsurface conditions, percolation rates, boring log data, and a site plan
showing our exploratory location.
Deliverables: Geotechnical Memo (PDF format)
REV: 10-12-18 PR
ATTY/AGR.2018.246/BKF Engineers - Oakwood Drainage Management
