These funds will be used to acquire land to be used for construction of a <br />senior housing and child care facility, This site is located in Census Tract 6102. <br />$665,848.27 CDBG <br />82,645.40 HOME - Cedar Street Acquisition - Mental Health Association of San Mateo <br />County - 100 Block of Cedar Street at Lathrop. These funds will be used to assist a non-profit housing <br />developer to acquire property for affordable housing. The site is located in Census Tract 6102. <br />$57,403.95 HOME - Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) Setaside: These <br />funds will be reserved for use by an eligible CHDO for housing acquisition, rehabilitation or new <br />construction. The specific activity and organization are unknown at this time. These funds are setaside <br />by federal statute and represents 15% of the annual HOME entitlement. <br />$200,000 CDBG Progranl Income - Home Improvement Loan Program: City of Redwood <br />City, 1017 Middlefield Road. These funds are used to provide funds for rehabilitation loans on single <br />family owner occupied property. The program is offered citywide, and targeted to Census Tracts # <br />6101,6102,6104,6107,6108,6109 and 6113. <br />$65,731 CDBG Program Income <br />$70,000 CDBG- Home Improvement Program Support: City of Redwood City, <br />1017 Middlefield Road. These funds will pay program SUPPOlt costs for the operation of the Housing <br />Rehabilitation Loan Programs and Tenant Assistance Programs. Eligible costs are limited to staff, <br />supplies and support costs directly related to carrying out the loan programs. <br />$25,000 CDBG Housing Accessibility Modification Program: Center for the <br />Independence of the Disabled, 875 O'Neill Ave, Belmont.
