Work Scope: <br />General assumptions: <br />• Public outreach is not required. <br />• No right of way acquisition is required. <br />• City will obtain environmental clearance. <br />• CSG to perform utility coordination. <br />• Any potholing beyond the four budgeted will require an amendment to this agreement asset forth in <br />Task 8. <br />Upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed, CSG will schedule a kick off meeting with the City staff to review the <br />project objectives, scope, schedule and budget. At this meeting, points of contact will be established, Project <br />schedule reviewed, standards and guidelines identified, and expectations communicated. CSG will continue <br />to set up and manage the Project and provide utility coordination and meeting with public utilities agencies. <br />CSG will perform quality assurance and quality control prior to each milestone submittal and in conformance <br />to Federal, State design standards, California MUTCD, Stormwater plan / Best Management Practices, and <br />Redwood City's Standards. Throughout the entire project, CSG's Project Manager will act as the single point <br />of contact to coordinate the project with the City. Consultant project management tasks include, but are not <br />limited to, the following: <br />• Kick Off Meeting Coordination and Attendance; <br />• Prepare Meeting Agenda/Presentation Material/Meeting Minutes; <br />• Coordination with City and Subconsultant; <br />• Quality Assurance and Quality Control Reviews prior to making milestone submittals to City; <br />• CPM Schedule Updates using Microsoft Project; <br />• Monthly Invoices and progress reports. <br />Assumption: Scope does not include meetings with community or representatives from schools. <br />Task 1 Deliverables: <br />Meeting agendas and minutes, QA/QC reviews, schedule updates, monthly invoices and progress reports. <br />The consultant shall collect traffic data for signal timing coordination purposes. Consultant's in house staff <br />will collect topographic survey data to implement civil improvements at several locations. Consultant shall <br />perform the tasks including, but not limited to, the following: <br />• Develop conceptual drawings and discuss the conceptual drawings with the City; <br />• Meet with City to review each site in the field; <br />• Collect topographic survey and prepare topographic map; <br />• Prepare alternative designs for up to 3 locations; <br />• Meet with the City to thoroughly review each location and make design decisions during this phase; <br />• Locations that have more than one option/alternative to be decided during this phase and only one <br />option to move forward to Task 3; <br />REV: 11-01-18 PR <br />Page 11 of 17 <br />ATTY/AGR.2018.248/CSG Consultants, Inc. <br />
