Task 3 Deliverables: Two (2) sets of ninety -percent (90%) design plans (24"x36" drawing). Plan set and engineer's estimate in PDF format and AutoCAD files of plan set (version 2015). CSG shall develop the plans, specification and engineer's estimate for the Project. The PS&E will be prepared in accordance with the latest City's Standard Details, Federal design standards, State design standards, California MUTCD, Stormwater plan / Best Management Practices. Consultant shall prepare a response matrix listing City's review comments and consultant's responses to those comments. Consultant shall incorporate City and consultant agreed-upon comments. The consultant shall return the original redline comments from the City with the succeeding submittals. Consultant shall perform the tasks including, but not limited to, the following: • Meet with the City to discuss the comments on 90% design submittal; • Update 90% Plans, Specifications, and Estimate; • Review and Respond to City's Review Comments in a Comment Matrix; • Prepare 100% Design Submittal consisting of complete construction documents including drawings, specifications, construction cost estimates, and construction schedule. The submittal shall also include, but is not limited to, a demolition and disposal plan and any required construction phasing. • Submit final (100%) PS&E Package. The 100% Design Submittal shall be ready for signature and submitted to the City for review and approval. A marked set will be returned along with City staffs comments and/or request for clarifications for revision. The consultant shall prepare the final design plans based on the following table which reflects the type and number of plan sheets anticipated for the Project: DESCRIPTIONSHEET Title/General Notes/Ke Map/Typical Sections 2 Existing / Demo Plan 3 Civil Improvements / Curb Return Details & profiles 10 Erosion Control/Pollution Prevention Plans 1 Construction Details / Green Infrastructure 4 Signing & Striping 3 Signal Coordination timing sheet 1 Electrical RRFB/ Street Light) 4 Storm Drain Utility Plan and Profiles 4 TOTAL 32 Assumption; The number of sheets shown in the above table may change based on City's final determination during design stage. Task 4, & 5 Deliverables: Four (4) sets of Plans, Specifications and Engineer's Estimate in 24"x36" format, Comment Matrix in Word document format, one (1) complete set of stamped and signed Final Plans, Specification, Engineer's Estimate, Plan Set in PDF format, construction schedule in PDF format, and AutoCAD files of plan set (version 2015).
