Task 3 Deliverables: <br />Two (2) sets of ninety -percent (90%) design plans (24"x36" drawing). Plan set and engineer's estimate in PDF <br />format and AutoCAD files of plan set (version 2015). <br />CSG shall develop the plans, specification and engineer's estimate for the Project. The PS&E will be prepared <br />in accordance with the latest City's Standard Details, Federal design standards, State design standards, <br />California MUTCD, Stormwater plan / Best Management Practices. Consultant shall prepare a response <br />matrix listing City's review comments and consultant's responses to those comments. Consultant shall <br />incorporate City and consultant agreed-upon comments. The consultant shall return the original redline <br />comments from the City with the succeeding submittals. <br />Consultant shall perform the tasks including, but not limited to, the following: <br />• Meet with the City to discuss the comments on 90% design submittal; <br />• Update 90% Plans, Specifications, and Estimate; <br />• Review and Respond to City's Review Comments in a Comment Matrix; <br />• Prepare 100% Design Submittal consisting of complete construction documents including drawings, <br />specifications, construction cost estimates, and construction schedule. The submittal shall also <br />include, but is not limited to, a demolition and disposal plan and any required construction phasing. <br />• Submit final (100%) PS&E Package. The 100% Design Submittal shall be ready for signature and <br />submitted to the City for review and approval. A marked set will be returned along with City staffs <br />comments and/or request for clarifications for revision. <br />The consultant shall prepare the final design plans based on the following table which reflects the type and <br />number of plan sheets anticipated for the Project: <br />DESCRIPTIONSHEET <br />Title/General Notes/Ke Map/Typical Sections <br />2 <br />Existing / Demo Plan <br />3 <br />Civil Improvements / Curb Return Details & <br />profiles <br />10 <br />Erosion Control/Pollution Prevention Plans <br />1 <br />Construction Details / Green Infrastructure <br />4 <br />Signing & Striping <br />3 <br />Signal Coordination timing sheet <br />1 <br />Electrical RRFB/ Street Light) <br />4 <br />Storm Drain Utility Plan and Profiles <br />4 <br />TOTAL <br />32 <br />Assumption; The number of sheets shown in the above table may change based on City's final determination <br />during design stage. <br />Task 4, & 5 Deliverables: <br />Four (4) sets of Plans, Specifications and Engineer's Estimate in 24"x36" format, Comment Matrix in Word <br />document format, one (1) complete set of stamped and signed Final Plans, Specification, Engineer's Estimate, <br />Plan Set in PDF format, construction schedule in PDF format, and AutoCAD files of plan set (version 2015). <br />REV: 11-01-18 PR <br />Page 13 of 17 <br />ATTY/AGR.2018.248/CSG Consultants, Inc. <br />
