other City approved upgraded web -based platform that is available online 24 hours <br />daily. The final data shall be compiled following removal of the flow meters and the rain <br />gauge. <br />Deliverable: <br />Consultant shall provide, install and remove flow meters and rain gauges (as <br />shown in Table 1 above) for a period of sixty (60) days, with an option to extend the <br />monitoring on a weekly basis up to four weeks for future seasons (2019/2020 and <br />forward). FlowView Website Access shall be available to the City, City's Agents and <br />other consultants for the duration of the study. <br />Task 4. Data Analysis and Flow Monitoring Report: <br />Consultant shall provide data analysis and a flow monitoring report that includes, but <br />not limited site details and pictures; field investigation sheets; depth -velocity scatter <br />plots; 7 -day plots of flow for each meter and rainfall for each rain gauge; and summary <br />tabulation of daily average, minimum, peak flow, inflow and infiltration information <br />(Inflow rate and Rain Dependent Infiltration (RDI/1) rate analysis), advanced scatter <br />graph analysis, and site comparison for each flow meter. <br />City to provide GIS map data (shapefiles) of piping, manholes, flow monitoring points, <br />rain gauge points to the Consultant. As part of the RDI/I analysis. Basins (polygons) <br />associated with each monitoring location in and pipe footages and acreage for each <br />basin shall be determined and coordinated by both the City and the Consultant. <br />Report to be finalized and approved by the City. Consultant shall make revisions to the <br />report to the satisfaction of the City at no additional cost. <br />Deliverable: <br />Consultant shall provide the City with a Flow Monitoring Report (PDF copy). Electronic <br />files shall be submitted in Excel format containing depth, velocity, and flow rates for <br />each meter and rainfall for each rain gauge in 15 -minute intervals and all other <br />applicable electronic files relating to the study. Draft data report and data shall be <br />delivered within four (4) weeks of removal of all flow meters. <br />Consultant shall perform all the work in the best workmanlike manner, conforming to all <br />applicable standards, specifications, codes, laws, and regulations. Consultant shall take all <br />necessary safety precautions and comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local <br />regulations including those relevant to work in confined spaces. Consultant shall comply with all <br />applicable traffic control requirements including those of the City or agency with jurisdiction over <br />the meter sites. <br />TIME SCHEDULE <br />Consultant shall meet the scheduling requirements as described in the Scope of Work. <br />The approximate scheduling milestones for the 2018/2019 Flow Monitoring Season are as <br />follows and depend on site selection by others, site accessibility, scheduling, coordination and <br />other factors: <br />Selection of sites by the City by: November 14'', 2018 <br />Site Reconnaissance of metering sites by: November 21 s`, 2018 <br />Documentation of Field Reconnaissance by: November 28m, 2018 <br />Page 11 of 12 <br />REV: 11-08-18 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.2018.261/ADS Environmental Services <br />
