6.D. - Page 18 of 170 <br />Request for Qualifications: <br />General Park Building Construction, Retrofit, Maintenance, and/or Repairs <br />RESPONDENT ERRORS/WITHDRAWAL OF RESPONSES <br />In general, a Respondent will not be released on account of errors. After Responses have been opened and declared, no <br />Responses shall be withdrawn, except with the consent of the Board and only under the following conditions: <br />The Respondent sends within five (5) calendar days after the opening of the Responses, a written notice of a material <br />error in the Response to the Board Secretary at the following address: <br />Board of Recreation and Park Commissioners <br />Attention: Board Secretary <br />221 North Figueroa St., Suite 300 <br />Los Angeles, CA 90012 <br />In the notice, the Respondent: <br />Specifies that the error results in a Response that is materially different than intended and describes in detail <br />how the error occurred; <br />Provides supporting documentation, including original material (should RAP require additional <br />clarification, information and/or documentation, the Respondent must respond within two (2) working days <br />after receiving notification from the Board Office); <br />Acknowledges that should their request to withdraw be granted by the Board, it is with the understanding <br />that the Board will not accept a Response from them on this contract should there be a need to re -issue this <br />RFQ. <br />Errors involving substitution of the listed Subcontractors are detailed elsewhere in this RFQ under the section entitled, <br />Subletting and Subcontractors. <br />IMPORTANT — RESPONDERS MUST SUBMIT ALL REQUIRED FORMS (COMPLETELY FILLED OUT) BY RFQ <br />SUBMITTAL DEADLINE. <br />Page 13 of 103 <br />101 <br />
