6.D. - Page 43 of 170 <br />Request for Qualifications: <br />General Park Building Construction, Retrofit, Maintenance, and/or Repairs <br />ARTICLE 15 <br />WARRANTY <br />The CONTRACTOR warrants that the services provided hereunder shall be completed in a manner consistent with <br />professional standards practiced among those firms within the CONTRACTOR's profession, doing the same or similar <br />work under the same or similar circumstances. <br />ARTICLE 16 <br />PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE <br />The contractor agrees to replace or correct defects of any goods or services not conforming to the foregoing warranty <br />promptly, without expense to the CITY, when notified of such nonconformity by the CITY, provided the CITY elects to <br />provide the contractor with the opportunity to do so.
