Technical studies provided by the
project applicant that address hazardous materials, noise, trees, and historic
resources will be incorporated into the Initial Study. Based on the community
surveys undertaken by the project applicant, potential impacts that may be addressed
in the EIR include aesthetics/visual quality, and transportation, as discussed further
below under Task 4.
Deliverables:
• Draft IS (for City review), submitted electronically as an MSWord file.
• Screencheck Final IS (for City approval to print), submitted electronically as a PDF file.
• Final IS (for inclusion with NOP), submitted as two hard copies and one electronic
copy in pdf to the City. An additional 15 hard copies can be produced for the State
Clearinghouse.
• Draft and Final NOP, submitted to the City electronically as an MSWord file and pdf
file, respectively, as well as one hard copy to be filed with the State Clearinghouse.
Task 4: Draft Focused EIR
AECOM will prepare an Administrative Draft Focused EIR for review by the City, a
Screencheck Draft Focused EIR for final approval by the City, and a Public Draft
Focused EIR for publication.
