8.113. - Page 52 of 122 <br />Complete emergency water supply storage improvements (PWS) <br />This is an ongoing priority. Staff received construction bids for the <br />California Water Tank. Staff anticipates awarding bids in early 2019. <br />Complete design and replace deficient concrete walls within Redwood Creek <br />This is complete. <br />(PWS) <br />Complete seismic retrofits of City water tanks (PWS) <br />Approximately 45% of the tank seismic retrofits are complete. <br />Update the Sewer System Master Plan (PWS) <br />Staff updated the Master Plan and the City Council adopted the new <br />plan. <br />Begin construction of the City's California Water Tank, Pump Station and <br />Staff completed final designs on the California Water Tank and <br />Transmission Main Project (CD) <br />advertised it for public bidding in December 2018 to initiate the <br />construction phase. Staff will award a bid in early 2019. <br />Conduct public outreach and initiate multi -jurisdictional flood management <br />Staff created and published a factsheet in three languages in <br />planning for the Bayfront Canal and Atherton Channel watersheds (CD) <br />December 2018. Staff issued the Hydrologic and Hydraulic Report for <br />watersheds in August 2018 and used this report to kick off Flood <br />Management Planning and multi -jurisdictional coordination. <br />Complete Tree Ordinance revisions (CD) <br />Due to staffing changes, staff delayed the ordinance revisions to next <br />Fiscal Year. <br />Construct the Kennedy Safe Routes to School Project / Woodside Plaza, Roosevelt <br />The City Council awarded the construction contract for the Kennedy <br />Safe Routes to School Project in October 2018.
