Establish the Transportation Demand Management Association for The City Council adopted a Transportation Demand Management Downtown Redwood City (CD) (TDM) Policy in July 2018. Staff anticipates developing the TDM plan to establish the TDM Association for Downtown in 2019. Implement the Citywide Transportation Plan recommendations to guide The City Council adopted the Citywide Transportation Plan in July funding decisions in the annual and Five -Year Capital Improvement Program 2018.
