Staff anticipates developing the TDM plan to <br />establish the TDM Association for Downtown in 2019. <br />Implement the Citywide Transportation Plan recommendations to guide <br />The City Council adopted the Citywide Transportation Plan in July <br />funding decisions in the annual and Five -Year Capital Improvement Program <br />2018.
