Staff anticipates <br />construction for the path to start in mid -2019, as allowed by <br />regulatory permits. <br />Continue to implement neighborhood traffic calming projects (CD) <br />This spring staff will seek additional community input regarding traffic <br />calming improvements on Hopkins Avenue and the planning of the <br />Roosevelt traffic -calming plan will begin. <br />Initiate planning process for the Whipple Avenue Grade Separation Study <br />Staff is working with Caltrain to develop a scope of work for this <br />(CD) <br />project. <br />Initiate planning process for the Redwood City Ferry Feasibility study and <br />Staff received grant funding to complete a financial feasibility study <br />cost benefit analysis, in partnership with the Port of Redwood City (CD) <br />and cost -benefit analysis and issued a request for proposals for <br />consultant services. Staff anticipates selecting a consultant in early <br />2019. <br />Construct a Downtown Parking Guidance System (CD) <br />A consultant submitted a preliminary plan for the way finding system <br />in 2018.
