<br /> 6.1D <br />Alternative Page 2 <br />There is no practical alternative to this Agreement amendment. The City could consider <br />applying these technical support services within the existing not to exceed limits of the <br />Agreement. However, this would not adequately address the need to include the added <br />service demand of the Cinema pump station. To accommodate the Cinema pump station <br />within the existing Agreement amount would require reduced services to other remote <br />pump stations within the City's utilities system. This approach would compromise the <br />utilities operations and SCADA. <br />Fiscal Impact <br />Funds for this work are contained in the approved budget for Public Works Services in FY <br />2005-2006 and are proposed in the FY 2006-07 Department budget.
