<br />Shores Development Agreement and this Agreement, and used by City through <br /> <br />District to construct the Facilities in accordance with the Facilities Fee program. <br /> <br />(m) <br /> <br />"Flatirons Facilities." The extension of Shoreline Drive from its <br /> <br />present terminus to Redwood Shores Parkway as shown on Exhibit K. <br /> <br />(n) <br /> <br />"Gross Building Floor Area" or "GBFA." The sum total of all floor <br /> <br />areas contained within the exterior walls of office buildings and special purpose <br /> <br />accessory structures, including but not limited to cafeteria, day care, fitness and <br /> <br />conferencing facilities, constructed on the Property including stairways, elevator <br /> <br />shafts, other shafts, mechanical rooms, vents, and internal support facilities, but <br /> <br />excluding those portions of mechanical or utility structures and storage areas located <br /> <br />density or other similar development limitations under the Existing Development <br /> <br /> <br />on the roof to the extent such structures are not considered by City as building floor <br /> <br />area for purposes of determining parking requirements, traffic generation, building <br /> <br />Regulations. <br /> <br />(0) <br /> <br />"Laws." The laws of the State of California; the Constitution of the <br /> <br />United States; and any codes, statutes, regulations, and executive mandates, and any <br /> <br />court decision, state or federal, thereunder. <br /> <br />(p) <br /> <br />"Master Plan."
