The EIR and the EIR Addendum as certified by the City <br /> <br />Council of City on July 15, 1996 as having been completed in compliance with the <br /> <br />Califòrnia Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") (Pub. Res. Code §§ 21000 et seq.), <br /> <br />and reviewed and considered by the City Council of City prior to approving the <br />Project, the Existing Approvals and this Agreement. <br /> <br />(v) <br /> <br />"Property." The real property more particularly described in Exhibit J <br /> <br />on which Flatirons intends to develop the Project. <br /> <br />(w) <br /> <br />"Redwood Shores Development Agreement." The Vesting Tentative Map TM10801-5, <br /> <br />approved by the City Council of City on July 15, 1996, by Resolution No. 12820. <br /> <br />Exhibit K is a copy of Vesting Tentative Map TM10801-5. <br /> <br />(y) <br /> <br />"Zone."
