<br /> 6.16 <br /> Page 2 <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> FOR SERVICES BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br /> THE REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT <br /> (AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM - 21sT CENTURY GRANT) <br />THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this _ day of 2006, between <br />the REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT, hereinafter called "RCSD", and the <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a chartered municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, hereinafter called "CITY'" <br /> RECITALS <br />A. WHEREAS, the RCSD desires to obtain services for after school <br />programs, enrichment services, after school program evaluation, and <br />sustainability planning for Fair Oaks, Hawes, Selby Lane, and John Gill schools. <br />B. WHEREAS, the CITY desires to provide enrichment services, <br />recreation programming, nutrition and life-skills education, after school program <br />evaluation and sustainability planning services. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, <br />agreements, and conditions contained herein, the undersigned do agree as <br />follows: <br />1. SERVICES <br />The CITY agrees to fumish diligently and faithfully enrichment services, <br />recreation programming, nutrition and life-skills education, after school program <br />evaluation and sustainability planning for Fair Oaks, Hawes, Selby Lane and <br />John Gill schools pursuant to the terms and conditions of this agreement. <br />Atty/Agr/2006.036 <br />072706 1 <br /> - ,- <br />
