TERM OF AGREEMENT <br />Unless this paragraph is subsequently modified by a written amendment to this <br />Agreement, the term of this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and <br />terminate at the end of day on August 31,2007. <br />3. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The CITY agrees to provide: <br />a) Administrative support and program supplies <br />b) After school programs 3 hours daily, 5 days a week, throughout the <br /> school year to the conclusion of this agreement (and after school on <br /> minimum days until 6:00pm) <br />c) Conduct after school program reporting and evaluation <br />d) Develop after school program sustainability plan with RC2020 <br />4. USE OF SUBCONTRACTORS <br />The CITY shall hire: <br />a) One site Coordinator to oversee the After School Program at each <br /> school <br />b) 1 :15 ratio of direct support staff working with children on each of the <br /> program sites <br />5. INSURANCE <br />CITY understands that the RCSD does not provide liability, malpractice, or <br />workers compensation insurance for the CITY.
