2) the City will advance these funds to the tenants and secure this debt through a <br />lien on property located at Street. <br />At the completion of the relocation process, you will receive an itemized expenditure <br />report from the City listing all funds disbursed and the total amount you owe the City. <br />Enclosed for your information, is a copy of the Ordinance applicable to Residential <br />Relocation Benefits for Displacement Caused by Code Enforcement. Should you desire <br />to place funds on deposit with the Agency to cover the cost of carrying out this <br />relocation, you will be given an opportunity to do so when comparable replacement units <br />have been located and actual costs have been determined. In the meantime, the City will <br />advance necessary funds to accomplish the relocation.
