C. Inspection Requirements <br />Contractor shall perform an Advanced Inspection and complete Liner Inspection, per the <br />requirements of NFPA 1851 for each ensemble element upon receipt and/or prior to <br />returning the ensemble element to the agency. <br />D. Record Keeping Requirements <br />Contractor shall be responsible for tracking and maintaining a database of all records <br />in accordance with NFPA 1851 and OSHA regulations. This shall include all <br />cleanings, inspections, repairs and alterations. <br />Contractor shall utilize a tracking system that is compatible with Honeywell's APT <br />asset management systems and/or an equivalent system acceptable to the <br />contracting agency. <br />Upon request, Contractor shall provide the City with the records in an exportable <br />format (Excel) when made available by Honeywell. <br />Contractor shall provide and maintain a data base record-keeping program meeting all <br />of the requirements of NFPA 1851. <br />1) The data base shall include the following entries: <br />• The Organization <br />• Person to Whom PPE is Issued <br />• Date and Condition When Issued <br />• Month and Year of Manufacturer <br />• Serial Number <br />• Material Makeup <br />• Advanced Inspection(s) <br />• Cleaning Type <br />• Date completed <br />• Technician Performing Cleaning <br />• Repair Type <br />• Date completed <br />• Technician Performing Repairs <br />2) Contractor shall have the ability to provide reports of the record-keeping information <br />that is described in section D above to the departments designated personnel. <br />REV: 03-05-19 RL <br />Page 8 of 20 <br />ATTY/AGR.2019.053/Ensemble Care and Maintenance Services <br />
