Task 2.1.3 Identify Opportunities and Challenges Based on the existing data, Consultant shall prepare an infographic that illustrates initial issues and opportunities along the corridor using clear visuals and symbols to be used for the first stage of outreach. Consultant shall develop infographics that are easily understood by the general public. Consultant may use the graphic templates from previous planning works done for the City such as the Bike and Pedestrian Safety Improvement Study for EI Camino Real between Maple & Charter streets and RWCmoves. Task 2.2 Develop Existing Conditions Memorandum Consultant shall compile the graphics, maps, and infographics created in previous tasks into a memorandum that will be used as the "State of the Corridor" (or Existing Conditions) chapter of the final report. Deliverables: Graphics and maps showing the existing conditions Opportunities and challenges infographics Existing Conditions Memorandum Task 3. Community Outreach Task 3.1 Plan Webpage Consultant shall provide visual materials for the project webpage. The project webpage will be created and maintained by the City. Consultant shall develop the final deliverables and content from the workshops in a format that is compatible with the City website. Consultant shall develop additional content for the webpage including: Project schedule Flyers to advertise for the workshops Photos of the corridor and from the community workshops Second online survey to solicit input from the community on design alternatives City will create the first online mapping survey to solicit input from the community on difficult crossing locations, areas with speeding, etc. Deliverables: Graphics and photos for the plan webpage Online survey Page 12 of 20 REV: 03-28-19 PR ATTY/AGR.2019.075/Fehr and Peers
