Task 2.1.3 Identify Opportunities and Challenges <br />Based on the existing data, Consultant shall prepare an infographic that illustrates initial issues <br />and opportunities along the corridor using clear visuals and symbols to be used for the first <br />stage of outreach. Consultant shall develop infographics that are easily understood by the <br />general public. Consultant may use the graphic templates from previous planning works done <br />for the City such as the Bike and Pedestrian Safety Improvement Study for EI Camino Real <br />between Maple & Charter streets and RWCmoves. <br />Task 2.2 Develop Existing Conditions Memorandum <br />Consultant shall compile the graphics, maps, and infographics created in previous tasks into a <br />memorandum that will be used as the "State of the Corridor" (or Existing Conditions) chapter of <br />the final report. <br />Deliverables: <br />Graphics and maps showing the existing conditions <br />Opportunities and challenges infographics <br />Existing Conditions Memorandum <br />Task 3. Community Outreach <br />Task 3.1 Plan Webpage <br />Consultant shall provide visual materials for the project webpage. The project webpage will be <br />created and maintained by the City. Consultant shall develop the final deliverables and content <br />from the workshops in a format that is compatible with the City website. Consultant shall <br />develop additional content for the webpage including: <br />Project schedule <br />Flyers to advertise for the workshops <br />Photos of the corridor and from the community workshops <br />Second online survey to solicit input from the community on design alternatives <br />City will create the first online mapping survey to solicit input from the community on <br />difficult crossing locations, areas with speeding, etc. <br />Deliverables: <br />Graphics and photos for the plan webpage <br />Online survey <br />Page 12 of 20 <br />REV: 03-28-19 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.2019.075/Fehr and Peers <br />
