roots shall be exposed without damage to roots to allow inspection by the City. Any roots that are three (3) inches in diameter or smaller may be cut as needed. Any roots larger than three inches in diameter must be inspected by City prior to cutting. Roots shall be cut using hand tools, chain saws or stump grinder at the direction of the City. iv. Contractor is responsible for repairing/replacing existing drain line and irrigation systems that are damaged during demolition or construction. V. All utility trenches are to be T -trenched as per City Engineering Standards. B. Contractor shall replace/install sidewalks, asphalt, curbs/gutters, and ADA ramps.
